Packages

Architecture practice for Toronto homes and small commercial spaces

Four ways to work with us: custom homes, renovations and additions, interior architecture and small commercial projects.

Services

Four packages, one practice

Each package carries through from first sketch to the last site visit, shaped by light, material and how the space will be used.

Process

How a project unfolds

The same three stages carry every project, from a first walk through the site to the final inspection on site.

  1. An architect and homeowner walking through a Toronto backyard discussing a future addition
    Step 1

    First conversation

We meet at the site, talk through how you live and work, and set a brief for the project — the land, the light, the budget and what the space needs to do.

Agree the brief before any drawing begins

  2. A hand sketching a floor plan concept over tracing paper on a studio desk
    Step 2

    Concept

We develop massing and plans, testing options for light, material and layout, and bring a concept you can walk through before a single wall is drawn.

Approve the concept before we move to drawings

  3. Step 3

    Design development and permits

Drawings are refined into construction documents and submitted to the City of Toronto for permit, with materials and details resolved along the way.

  4. Step 4

    Construction administration

We stay on site through the build, reviewing the work against the drawings so the finished rooms hold the light and proportion we designed.
