Riverdale addition, Toronto
We design how you live, not just where
Atelier North Architects designs houses, renovations and small commercial spaces across Toronto, built on natural light, honest materials and close attention to daily life.
What we do
Custom homes, renovations and additions, interior architecture and small commercial spaces
How we practise
Design that answers to the client, not the trend
Every project starts with how a space is actually used, then earns its form from that.
Licensed practice
Licensed by the Ontario Association of Architects, so every drawing meets the standard it must.
Recognised work
Awarded the Toronto Urban Design Award in 2022 for work in the public realm.
Natural light first
We orient rooms and openings to the sun before we draw a single wall.
Close attention
We design around how a household or business actually moves through a day.
